We also can manage your bookings, check in/out and cleaning if you are thinking about renting your property on the short stay market using sites such as Airbnb. We can advise you on rules and regulations and how to get the most out of your property.

 

Management fees are based on the required services. The minimum rate is 5% of the monthly rent (min 60 euro).
